What is it, how does it work and whats a reasonable price to pay for it ?

That's a Kangen countertop electrolysis device.

Using electrical energy, it will produce caustic and acidic water that contain hypochlorous acid (acid) and sodium hydroxide (alkaline).

I won't comment on the alleged health benefits. Search this site and google for more info on such devices.

Prices vary depending on the multilevel scheme they are distributed through.

I personally see no use for them.
